Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction with my artwork is of the utmost importance. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I offer a straightforward return and exchange policy.
Whether you've changed your mind or encountered any issues with the artwork, I am here to ensure your confidence in buying from me.
I believe in the value of building trust with my customers, and my return and exchange policy is designed to provide you with the assurance that your investment in art is supported by a commitment to your satisfaction.
As such, framed art can be returned within 3 days of delivery if you are not satisfied. Please note, however, that commissioned pieces cannot be exchanged or refunded. To ensure that you are happy with the artwork, regular checkins and updates are provided for all clients, in order to make sure that the progress meets your satisfaction.
