  • We accept Debit Card, Credit Card and bank transfers. Card payments are processed through Peach Payments and no additional card processing fees will apply.

  • Taxes, shipping fees, and any additional charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Payment must be received in full before orders are processed.

 

5. Order Processing and Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 3-5 business days, unless the order is for a commissioned piece, in which case timeframes will be communicated along with regular updates. Shipping timelines depend on your location and the selected shipping method.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. We are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

 

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are accepted for eligible products (Framed Art) within 3 days of delivery. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Custom or commissioned artwork is non-refundable, and regular contact will be maintained throughout the order process in order to check in to make sure there is open communication to allow for adjustments. 

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days with photographic evidence for resolution.
